Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage client coordination, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and assist in daily activities
  • Manage client communication and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports
  • Maintain sales records and update CRM/data
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Support in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
