1.1  Float inquiries to different CHA  

1.2  Get quotation from CHA of FCL & LCL with FOB & CIF basis  

1.3  Communication with bank for LC open & submit related documents

1.4  Mail co ordination with CHA for term & condition  

1.5  Follow up with CHA for material status  

1.6  Get details from CHA for duties & clearance charges through mail  

1.7  Follow up with transporter for material arrival status  

1.8  Import purchase Entry Posting in SAP With Landed Cost   

1.9  Bill of Entry of All Import Transaction Submitted to Bank.(After Shipment)   

1.10           Get export certificate from chamber of commerce for Export  

1.11           Export remittance documents prepare & submit to bank -D

1.12           Get e BRC ( Export bank reconciliation copy ) from bank   

2.  GST

2.1  Finalization of the Accounts and filing of the return to CA Office of all entities with help with Jilesh Gandhi

·        GST reconciliation

·        Interest Capitalised Against Investment

2.2  If required , forward all Legal documents of company and firm to staff

2.3  Financial JV set of entry in system ( i.e. GST )

MONTHLY :

1.      Prepare GST 1 data of all entities from SAP – ( Between 5th to 11th )

2.      Prepare GST 3B data of all entities from SAP – ( Between 13th to 20th )

3.      Stock statement verification & submit to bank for working capital drawing

4.      GST reconciliation

5.      TDS data prepare of all entities & filling ( Between 1st to 7th )

MONTHLY/QUATERLY REPORTS :-

1.      LC Margin If any Not Released By bank

2.      Banking/ New project related Update

3.      Bank Stock Statement

4.      Import Consignment Quarterly Review

YEARLY :

1.      Annual Return of GSTR 9 & GSTR 9C Data Prepare, reconciliation and Same submitted to CA office for filling for all Comet Group.

1.2  Bank Stock Statement Files

1.3  Bank sanction letter Files

1.4  Legal Docs Files Company related

1.5  Import Purchase Files
