- Job Description (In Points)Install and commission solar PV systems at client sites
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar panel systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in solar and electrical components
- Conduct site inspections and monitor system performance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines
- Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and issue resolution
- Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers
- Handle fieldwork and travel for service and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical fundamentals
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
