Job Responsibilities:
• Handle student enquiries over call & WhatsApp
• Guide students regarding online degree programs
• Follow up with interested students
• Maintain student data and daily follow-up records
• Support students throughout admission process
• Coordinate with internal counseling team
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati
• Basic English communication preferred
• Positive and confident personality
• Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge
• Telecalling / Customer Support experience preferred
