Job Description

  • Reach out to potential B2B clients (dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers) via outbound calls
  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders
  • Promote company products (bathroom fittings, kitchen accessories, hardware, sanitary, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and finalize orders
  • Ensure order confirmation as per company’s pay-and-collect policy
  • Coordinate with logistics/dispatch team for timely order processing
  • Track order status and update clients on dispatch and delivery timelines
  • Handle logistics-related queries (dispatch, delays, shipment tracking)
  • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain CRM records, order details, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
