Responsibilities:

1. Identify, review, and summarize tender eligibility criteria and prepare summaries for team confirmation.
2. Maintain records of all departmental tenders and submit necessary documents online and offline.
3. Coordinate consortium bids, prepare bid documents, and follow up with clients/partners until bid submission.
4. Arrange required documents from the accounts department and submit them within specified deadlines.
5. Scan and upload tender documents as required.
6. Coordinate and compile bid submission documents, including questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
7. Prepare technical price bids and manage e-tendering/bidding processes.
8. Ensure all tender documents are correctly formatted.
9. Coordinate with departments for necessary documents during tender processes.
10. Follow up with vendors, OEMs, departments, and clients for tender-related activities.
11. Maintain customer relationships with existing and potential clients.
12. Track tender offers and statuses, as well as new bids and design competitions.
13. Follow up on all correspondence, including bank guarantees, EMD releases, material dispatch, and payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in tendering processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms is a plus.
