Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as BPO Associates. As a BPO Associate, you will be responsible for (handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing technical support, data entry, etc.). You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from clients/customers in a professional and courteous manner.

·        Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer inquiries or issues.

·        Process orders, payments, refunds, or other transactions accurately and efficiently.

·        Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution.

·        Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

·        Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

·        Meet or exceed performance targets, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

·        Continuously strive to improve knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge regarding BPO.

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients/customers.

·        Good problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.

·        Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
