Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and creating engaging animations and visual effects for various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to deliver captivating motion graphics that enhance our brand identity and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and create visually stunning motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Develop storyboards and animation concepts based on creative briefs and project requirements.
• Execute animations and visual effects using industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, blender)
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure the visual integrity and consistency of brand assets across all projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in motion design and animation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, solve design challenges, and deliver high-quality motion graphics projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in project meetings, provide creative input, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work.
• Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, blender.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience with 3D animation and rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus.
