Field Sales Executive – VENSA Skincare (Ahmednagar)

VENSA Skincare is a fast-growing Indian skincare brand. We are hiring Field Sales Executives to expand our retail network in Ahmednagar.
📍 Location: Ahmednagar
🧴 Products: Sunscreen, Facewash, Bodywash
💼 Job Role:
- Visit medical, cosmetic, general stores, supermarkets, salons & parlours
- Generate orders and onboard new retailers
- Build strong relationships with shop owners
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Submit daily work report
📊 Daily Work:
- 20–25 shop visits
- 5–7 orders per day
- ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 daily billing
🎯 Monthly Target:
- ₹2L – ₹3L sales
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹11,000
- Petrol Allowance: ₹1,200 – ₹1,500
- Travel Allowance: ₹500 – ₹800
- Incentive: 2% – 2.5% on sales
- Shop Bonus: ₹500 per 10 new shops
👉 Total earning potential: ₹18K – ₹25K+
✅ Requirements:
- Bike compulsory
- Marathi speaking
- Field sales experience preferred
- Target-oriented and hardworking
