Embroidery Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer who can develop unique and trend-based embroidery designs for women’s ethnic wear. The candidate should have a strong sense of design, fabric understanding, and execution knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative embroidery designs as per latest fashion trends
• Create designs for kurtas, kurta sets, and ethnic wear collections
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams for design execution
• Work on hand embroidery & machine embroidery concepts
• Prepare design layouts, swatches, and color combinations
• Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective
• Modify designs based on buyer/merchant requirements
• Maintain design records and references for future collections
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques (hand & machine)
• Good sense of colors, patterns, and fabric compatibility
• Knowledge of design software (CorelDRAW / Illustrator preferred)
• Understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple styles
• Preferred Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design
• Experience in ethnic wear or women’s apparel industry
