The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience in the vacation rental industry. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Airbnb listing process, including creating and updating listings, responding to inquiries, and managing bookings Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guests Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are properly prepared for each guest stay Monitor occupancy and revenue trends to optimize pricing and availability Develop and implement processes to increase guest satisfaction and improve property performance Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with Airbnb policies Requirements :- - Proven experience in property management, with a focus on vacation rentals - Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
