Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding the distributor and dealer network, while ensuring strong secondary sales generation in the assigned territory. The role requires a balance of channel development, market execution, and direct sales support.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and dealers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both primary and secondary sales.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and promotional activities to support channel partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market insights.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and territory growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through service support.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.

• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer durables, electrical products, or water purification systems.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales and distributor management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
