We’re Hiring: Export Documentation Coordinator
📍 Location: Amritsar | Full-Time
Punjab Riceland Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive – Documentation to join our Commercial Operations team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Purchase Orders, Export Invoices & Packing Lists
• Generate IRN for E-Invoicing & E-Way Bills
• Coordinate with CHA, Forwarders, Labs, APEDA & other agencies
• Handle Shipping Bills, B/L drafts, Lab Reports, COO, Phyto, Fumigation, SGS, COC etc.
• Ensure accurate & timely submission of all export documents
• Maintain MIS, courier tracking & daily dispatch reports
• Support reporting, filing, SOPs & ad-hoc assignments
🔹 Requirements:
• Graduate in any field
• 1–5 years of experience in Export Documentation / CHA / Forwarder role
• Strong knowledge of APEDA, export procedures & compliance
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9, Excel & MS Office
• Experience in handling large-scale export operations (₹500 Cr+ preferred)
