Roles & Responsibilities: ● Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those are on priority ● Complete writing projects, meet deadlines and follow content requirements ● Conduct research on any given topic & prepare notes. ● Conduct research and prepare notes as assigned. ● Assist with day-to-day operations of the office. ● Responsible for Office Maintenance, Housekeeping, and extracurricular activities. ● Manage banking activities – cash, check deposits, and other relevant transactions. ● Keeping track of incoming and outgoing couriers. Required Skills : ● Good written and spoken communication skills. ● Good in using computers & Microsoft Office, and Excel. ● Ability to multitask, organize & think proactively. ● Flexible, and willing to learn new things and take on additional tasks. Mandatory Qualities: ● Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data ● Sharp time management skills ● Should be multitasking, energetic and positive learning attitude. ● Should be flexible and able to multitask.
