Job Description
Project Admin
- Your primary job is to carry out Quality Inspection of Newly Developed Parts (NPD) by doing Layout inspection
- Your job is to ensure that all the parameters and dimensions on the part meet the mentioned standards, tolerances in the drawing
- Escalate any out of specification parameter to the customer, halt the production in case needed
- You have excellent knowledge of drawing reading, Ballooning and instruments selection
- You have basic knowledge of CMM programming and report evaluation
- You have good knowledge of Quality Management Systems followed by the Automotive Industry
- You have good knowledge of Casting, Forging and very good knowledge of Machining processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare inspection plan, Ballooning in drawing, define measurement method and instruments required
- Carry out LAYOUT inspection of New Development Parts
- Prepare inspection reports as per designated formats
- Coordinate with Production department to arrange parts for inspection, further coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth information flow about outcomes of the Layout inspection
- Participate in the CFT and escalate all the issues in timely manner!
- Take necessary corrective and preventive actions
- Knowledge of Ms- Excel will be preferred
