• Hands-on Maintenance skill and perform the trouble shooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic breakdown on machine.
• Hands-on experience on pneumatic systems /automatic machines/instrumentation.
• Ability to work in shifts rotational in night and day and perform under pressure of "Do it today".
•  PLC program modification/ edit, in existing for modification and change in existing machine.
• Responsible for all the reports generating like daily logbook, breakdown analysis, OEE.
• Providing Support to the all types of engineering and maintenance activities Collection and integrity of the data and preparation of daily and monthly report.
• Know to operate computer and work on Microsoft office 
• Working knowledge of Mechanical, pneumatic, Cylinder, valve, bearing, motor, gearbox, belt, punching tools, chillers, vacuum system etc. Knowledge about Hydraulic system and Hydraulic valves.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring issues for both single-phase and three-phase systems. 
• Perform preventive maintenance on utilities such as DG sets and compressors to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently to minimize production delays.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement in machinery performance.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, accurately for reference. 
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. 
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as required.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in maintenance techniques and technologies to enhance productivity.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, cabinet wiring 4. Proficient in using electrical design software, simulation tools
