Reliance Refrigeration & Electricals, a leading provider of air conditioners and related services in Bareilly, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and work remotely.

About the Role:

In this exciting work-from-home position, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our air conditioning products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management:Develop engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) promoting our AC products and services.
• Create website content (blogs, product descriptions) to inform and educate potential customers.
• Manage and schedule content calendar for various digital platforms.
• Social Media Marketing:Grow and manage our social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Analytics:Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor website traffic and analyze marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Email Marketing:Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote special offers.
• Segment email lists to deliver targeted and relevant content.
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Passionate about digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
