📌 Job Summary:

You will lead a team of Medical Representatives and drive overall business growth, team performance, doctor coverage, and market expansion in the assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership, pharma sales expertise, and effective communication skills.

  • 📝 Key Responsibilities:
  • 🎯 Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business performance.
  • 👨‍💼 Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train & motivate Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Conduct regular team reviews and ensure achievement of individual & team goals.
  • Support team through joint fieldwork and performance monitoring.
  • 📍 Territory Management:
  • Prepare territory-wise business plans & strategies to ensure consistent growth.
  • Ensure effective doctor, chemist & stockist coverage by the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, distributors & stockists.
  • 📊 Market Intelligence:
  • Track competitor activities, product performance & market trends.
  • Share insights & reports with management for timely decisions.
  • 📑 Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to ethical promotional practices.
  • Maintain reporting discipline and follow company policies.
  • 🎓 Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of pharma sales experience, For ASM, minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Must have experience in:
  • ✔️ Medical Sales
  • ✔️ Pharma Marketing
  • ✔️ Field Sales
  • ✔️ Handling Pharmaceutical Products
  • Willing to travel extensively within territory.
