Job Description: Sales Manager for Bhoomee Digital Agri Platform

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

·      Supervise and manage a team of telecallers and support executives responsible for farmer engagement activities.

·      Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team achieves performance targets and delivers high-quality service.

·      Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team effectiveness.

Farmer Engagement:

·      Oversee the registration process for farmers on the Bhoomee platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

·      Coordinate services provided to farmers, including assistance with utilizing online tools, accessing agricultural resources, and participating in Bhoomee Udyamis self-employment programs.

·      Monitor and track farmer interactions to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Bhoomee Udyamis Support:

·      Assist in onboarding and supporting participants in the Bhoomee Udyamis self-employment program, providing guidance on leveraging online and offline services for business growth.

·      Facilitate training sessions and workshops for Udyamis to enhance their skills and maximize their success on the platform.

·      Act as a resource for Udyamis, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a supportive community environment.

Service Tracking and Support:

·      Monitor and track the services subscribed to by farmers, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

·      Address any service-related issues or concerns raised by farmers or Udyamis, working closely with the support team to resolve them effectively.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service offerings and enhance customer experience.
