We are looking for an enthusiastic Business development professional who are interested in IT preferably SAAS products.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the technical details pertaining to how SaaS software works and how it solves for customers

• Understand the requirements of customers and apply product knowledge to meet those requirements by suggesting right package and add on’s.

• Create and deliver effective product demonstrations to prospective customers

• Self-starter and capable of working independently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, engineering or related field, (Civil engineering background is added advantage)

• 0 - 1 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Friendly and personable demeanor.

• Passion for what they are selling

• No fear calling and following-up with potential clients

• Ability to deliver an engaging presentation.

• Ability to multi-task across different platforms and forms of communication

• Passionate & optimistic person to achieve quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets.

• Digital & traditional marketing skills to grab leads from the market.

All selected candidates will participate in a training program, receiving a stipend on a pro-rata basis during the training period. Upon completion of the training, candidates will be promoted to the position of Business Development Associate (BDA) with a package starting at a minimum of 1.5L to 4L (Fixed) + 3L to 5L(Variable).
