LLPTrendcon Infra LLP is a premium residential real estate development company focused on delivering high-quality villa communities with modern design, superior engineering, and customer-centric execution. We are currently developing projects Trendcon Aurelius at Varthur , Bengaluru.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer who will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, quality monitoring, material management, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely and standards-based completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute site work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Supervise contractors, technicians, labor and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily work reports and update project management team.
• Verify measurements, material usage, and maintain material stock logs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and procurement team.
• Implement quality checks, troubleshoot site issues and ensure defect-free execution.
• Assist in BOQ verification, billing support, and documentation.
• Required Skills & Qualifications : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in residential or villa / luxury housing projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, plumbing, electrical coordination, and waterproofing methodologies.
• Ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors, and handle site challenges independently.
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
