Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Purpose
To provide excellent patient service by handling inquiries, guiding patients through hospital processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to patient inquiries phone, and email, providing accurate information about hospital services
- Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments while ensuring doctor availability and optimal time-slot management
- Check and confirm doctors’ schedules before scheduling appointments to avoid conflicts and delays
- Guide patients on departments, doctors, procedures, and billing processes to ensure a smooth experience
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient service delivery
- Conduct timely follow-ups with patients regarding appointments, reports, and services
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and ensure a positive patient experience at all touchpoints
- Assist in collecting patient feedback and support service improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and patient confidentiality standards
Job Specifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or related discipline)
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or service industry
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital management systems/CRM
- Data entry and record management skills
Management Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and local language (Kannada preferred)
- Polite, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
