Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Customer Support Advisors with a BPO background in sales or collections to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of Cimmons, providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. You will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
● Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
● Provide accurate information regarding Cimmons' products, services, and policies.
● Upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services to customers.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
● Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
● Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO setting, preferably in sales or collections.
● Bachelor's degree preferred; however, candidates with exceptional experience and strong communication skills who are not graduates will also be considered.
● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
● Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Shift Details:
● 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (subject to change)
● Rotational week off Compensation and Benefits:
● Competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 CTC per month, depending on experience.
● Performance-based incentives.
