Job Summary

Benaka Gold Company is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Executives to promote company services, generate leads, and support branch business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, customer interaction, and fieldwork experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to promote Benaka Gold Company services

Generate leads and walk-in customers for the branch

Build relationships with local merchants, agents, and customers

Explain company offers, gold valuation process, and benefits clearly

Achieve daily and monthly targets

Coordinate with branch staff for customer follow-ups

Collect customer details and maintain proper records

Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns

Provide market feedback and competitor information

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum SSLC / PUC / Any Degree

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work in the field and meet targets

Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps

Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)

Local area knowledge is an advantage
