About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation
• Support performance tracking and feedback processes
• RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Highly organized with good attention to detail
