HR INTERN EXECUTIVE

Job Title: HR Intern Recruitment (Graduates only )

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations functions. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, stakeholder coordination, and HR systems, providing a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive structured training on all aspects of Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Engage with candidates regularly to close open positions and communicate job roles and company values.
• Schedule interviews using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track outcomes, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update HR reports, databases, and employee records, including onboarding documentation.
• Support backend HR processes such as HRMS onboarding formalities and document verification.
• Collaborate effectively within the team while demonstrating ownership and initiative.

Requirements

• Recent Graduate (preferred).
• Proficiency in South Indian languages is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with strong research and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good presentation and professional representation skills.
• Strong candidate assessment and relationship management capabilities.

• Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 ₹14,000 during the internship period 6 months.
