Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals (Apna, referrals, databases, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Support offer rollout and onboarding process
Eligibility & Requirements:
- PUC / Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
