Job Description

Job Summary:An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization’s staffing needs. They manage the full recruitment cycle—from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.


  • Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & RecruitmentPost job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screening & InterviewingReview resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial phone/ in person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring employees.
  • Hiring Process ManagementSchedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates
  • Assist in selection and decision-making process
  • Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters
  • Onboarding & DocumentationEnsure smooth onboarding of new hires
  • Collect and verify employee documents
  • Maintain recruitment records and reports
