Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and setting appointments or generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calling:


Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Inform potential customers about products or services and answer their questions.

Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Customer Engagement:


Build rapport with potential customers through friendly and engaging conversations.

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.

Handle objections and provide solutions to encourage interest and engagement.

Lead Generation:


Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Record details of interactions and update customer information in the database.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer questions and provide information.

Data Management:


Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.

Update CRM systems with relevant customer information and follow-up actions.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Performance Tracking:


Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.

Provide feedback to the team and management on customer responses and potential improvements.

Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.

Strong listening skills and the ability to address customer needs.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s products or services.

Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Proven track record of achieving call and lead generation targets.
