Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, ensure safety compliance, and lead a team of security personnel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily activities of security guards
Ensure proper deployment of security staff across all posts
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift scheduling of guards
Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and prevent incidents
Handle emergency situations and escalate issues when required
Maintain security registers, incident reports, and documentation
Coordinate with management on security improvements
Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed
Train and guide security staff on duties and responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations
Physically fit and alert.
