Store Manager/Asst Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·  The Store Manager Experience should be minimum 5 to 12 years in Jewellery Preferred.

·  The store manager is responsible for the store operations and smooth running of the store.

· -Has to check the Visual Merchandising of the Store and make sure to keep V M is Up to date.

· - He is responsible for Store Stocks/Goods ensure the security of the stocks properly. The

· - Ensure that all the staff should maintain proper Grooming and discipline in the store.

· - Should treat his Sub-ordinates with dignity and respect each one without partiality.

· - Has the responsibility to train his sales team from time to time.

· - Must make sure that customers are treated well.

· - Should possess the outside market knowledge and get updated from time to time.

· - Has to keep an account of his stock / like damages he has to be aware of it.

· Store Manager should be aware of all policy and procedure of the Store (SOP)

· - Should maintain good customer relation

· - Should keep and track Customer Orders and Repairs.

· - Should take for the customer walk out and non-conversion

· - Should check night security guards randomly in the late nights weather they are performing their duties or not in the night.

· - Should make the duty roaster on monthly basis and should ensure sufficient staffs are present.

· - He is responsible for the entire store overall performance.

· - Delivering high level customer service at all times

- Ensure that the store is neat and tidy at all the time

· - Upholding fantastic store visual standards

- Work towards and drive the team to hit all KPI’s & targets

- Drive & motivate the team to increase performance

- Participate regularly in the Managers meeting and ensure the implementation & execution of decisions made.

· -He is the whole and soul representative of the company. He has to be in full grooming all the time.

· - He should maintain all the SOP’s of the company and train the staff to maintain the same.

· - Monthly, Weekly, and Daily reports has to be maintained without fail

· -Coordinate with Head Office team and do the required Job done by him.

· - Monthly Stock Inventory has to be taken before the month end and any discrepancy should be informed the concerned HOD.

· - Has to maintain Register related to Labor and Government Standards,

· - Responsible for having latest stock in the store at all times.

· - Non- Moving stocks have to be sent to Head Office every quarterly.

· - Responsible for the Staff Behavior in the Store.

- Should be equipped with sales skills and should be able to solve the customer quires.
