Job Title: Team Leader – BPO (Sales / Insurance / Collections)


Location: Mathikere, Bangalore


Experience Required: 2–5 years in BPO, with at least 1 year as Team Leader


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader from a BPO background (Sales / Insurance / Collections) to manage and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a team of agents and ensure daily targets are met
  • Monitor calls, provide feedback, and improve team productivity
  • Drive sales/collections performance and meet KPIs
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Prepare reports and track team metrics
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in BPO (Sales / Insurance / Collections)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented
  • Good knowledge of dialer systems and reporting tools

Salary: 25k - 35k
