Job Description

  1. Lead Calling & Initial Contact Call fresh leads from CRM / database.
  2. Introduce yourself and company professionally.
  3. Explain car loan offers (interest rate, tenure, EMI options).
  4. Confirm customer requirement (Used car / Refinance).
  5. Achieve daily calling targets.
  6. Achieve monthly login / disbursement target.
  7. Maintain good customer relationships.
  8. Daily Call 160–180 need to do.
  9. Generate 5–10 interested customers daily.
  10. Follow-up with pending cases.
