As a Multilingual Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided call scripts.
• Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least two additional native languages required.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
