Job Description
- Work Allocation & Scheduling: Allocate bikes and fitment work to technicians based on skill level and workload; ensure fitment jobs are completed within stipulated timeframes.
- Product & Accessory Verification: Follow up with technicians to confirm receipt of accessories/products before fitment; verify accessories match invoice items and meet customer requirements or special instructions.
- Fitment Quality & Safety: Monitor and ensure proper installation of 2-wheeler accessories; conduct post-fitment test checks to confirm safety and functionality; ensure adherence to brand-specific guidelines and warranty norms.
- Coordination & Workflow Management: Act as liaison between technicians, inventory, and front-end team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality fitment, timely delivery, and prompt resolution of technical or fitment-related complaints.
- Tools & Equipment Management: Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper usage and storage of tools and equipment; coordinate periodic maintenance as per schedule.
- Training & Productivity: Identify training needs and guide technicians on correct fitment practices; monitor technician productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Reporting & Documentation: Update and close job cards after completion; report daily work status, delays, or issues to management.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels of necessary fittings and sundry items; report damaged, missing, or incorrect accessories; support inventory accuracy.
- Workplace Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure workplace safety, proper handling of bikes and accessories, and overall cleanliness.
- Efficiency & Process Improvement: Assist management in improving fitment efficiency, reducing rework or errors, and implementing best practices.
