Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Technical Business Analyst

The incumbent will be responsible for part of the full project lifecycle with a primary focus on business value and benefit realization.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with business team for process design

· Document, develop, configuration & test business processes

· A cross-functional knowledge experience of integration with other Oracle applications and third-party systems.

· Other roles include verification of the feasibility of business users’ requests functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems. Should be able to create and present key requirement artifacts

o Requirement gathering skills

o Scope documentation

o User cases and the detailed specification of key business rules

o Business process mapping diagrams and documentation

o Prepare training manuals

o Conduct training for multiple stakeholders

· Collaborate with respective OEMs

· Collaborate with other Genpact’s IT teams to ensure smooth & timely execution to meet business objectives

· Collaborate with the other application teams to nail down the integration requirements and how to make it happen

· Manage delegate team members

· Responsible for application operational work

· Project technical/functional documentation

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

· Graduate from a recognized university

· Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment

· Knowledge of Scrum/Waterfall methodology

· Understanding of project management & troubleshooting skills

· Understanding of Project Management with SaaS products delivery

· Excellent communication, Data Analysis & presentation skills

· A cross-functional knowledge experience of integration with other Oracle applications and third-party systems

Preferred qualifications

· Individual award for on-time delivery and meeting Expectations

· Exposure to cloud/low code development platforms will be an additional advantage
