Job Description

Tasks and

responsibilities


• Conduct baking trials for various baked goods such as bread, biscuits, cakes,

laminated products, and artisanal bakery items.

• Support development of recipes and protocols for multiple bakery

applications.

• Evaluate baked products for sensory and physical attributes. Maintain

accurate records using tools such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Understand and follow documented lab protocols while conducting

experiments.

• Independently perform assigned baking trials and tests under the

supervision of Research Associates/Assoc. ITS.

• Organize and prioritize daily activities to ensure timely completion of trials

and delivery of results
