Greeting customers as they enter

• Providing customers with drink menus and answering their questions regarding ingredients

• Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and

sugar ratios)

• Prepare beverages following recipes

• Keep the kitchen/Bar area clean

• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates

• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

• Comply with health and safety regulations

• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

• Update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality

controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

Preparing and serving products, making coffee and other drinks

• Working as part of our customer-facing team

• Clean the café areas, inside and outside and ensure they are always safe and hygienic.

• Check that all café facilities, equipment or furnishings are in good order and to report any

damage.

• Welcome anyone who enters the building when you are on shift and when the front desk is

not manned, advising them as necessary.

• Respond promptly and professionally to any customer feedback, comments or complaints.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
