1. Working Exp on CAN or very good knowledge at Driver configuration and Communication management2. Good Knowledge at Memory layout(RAM, NVRAM)3. Good in C concepts & Programming.4. At least worked in 1-2 driver layer component development5. Have worked/knowledge on bare metal Scheduler/event handler development.6. Demonstrated Experience Developing BMS firmware algorithm, such as state of charge (SOC) estimation, internal resistance estimation, cell balancing, lifetime prediction, and state of health (SOH)7. Expert in all phases of software development life cycle such as requirements, design, coding and validation8. Hands-on experience in testing as well as firmware debugging9. Demonstrated experience to develop, enhance and debug new and existing real-time software in C and C++ in embedded Linux and RTOS environments
