Responsibilities

·        Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs, primary care physicians / general physicians etc within the allotted areas

·        Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics

·        Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and referral sources, highlighting offerings and patient success stories.

·        Execute activities like workshops, CME’s etc

·        Track and analyze marketing and outreach campaign performance, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.

·        Manage and maintain a database of referring physicians and healthcare professionals.

·    Stay abreast of the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.

·        Collaborate effectively with all the departments

·        Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time

·        Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.  

Skills & Qualification

·        Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

·        3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or fertility industry.

·        Proven track record of success in lead generation, relationship building, and exceeding sales targets.

·        Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·        Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

·        Passionate about helping individuals and couples build families.

·        Deep understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, particularly related to fertility treatments.
