Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities for our recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients to present our recruitment services and value proposition.
2. Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
5. Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
6. Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
7. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
9. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to meet their recruitment needs.
10. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
11. Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the recruitment team.
12. Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
13. Analyze sales data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and services.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
