Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Description: -

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Marketing/Business Development Executive to support our corporate training business.

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are confident, disciplined, and capable of building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities: -

Generate leads and build corporate client pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, and structured outreach

Execute daily target-based customer reach-outs

Coordinate with L&D managers, HR heads, and corporate training teams

Prepare posters, info slides, and marketing materials for social media promotions

Assist in planning and managing corporate training programs

Track leads, maintain reporting sheets, and update CRM data accurately

Qualifications

Any Graduate from a recognized university (all streams eligible)

MBA in Marketing preferred; freshers encouraged to apply

0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

Strong interest in corporate sales, client communication, and the training industry

Prior experience in corporate training sales, B2B marketing, or B2C sales is an added advantage

Basic to intermediate Excel skills for lead management, tracking reports, and data updates

Excellent English communication and a strong go-getter attitude

Must be comfortable with target-based compensation
