Age Limit : 18 -35 years
Qualification : 12th pass or Any Batchelor Degree
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Work timing - 9.30am to 6pm
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers to pitch products/services or handle incoming calls from interested prospects.
- Sales Closing: Utilize persuasion techniques and follow prepared scripts to convert leads into sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience: fresher or Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, research trends, and identify potential growth areas.
- Resilience: Proactive and motivated to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Common Requirements :
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- fluency in different languages.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Solid understanding of market research techniques.
