Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Experiential Marketing, Events, Expos, Activations, Gifting &
• Merchandising, OOH, and Digital Marketing
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, references, and industry connections
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Pitch integrated marketing solutions to potential clients with impactful presentations and proposals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Client Servicing:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Production, Operations) for seamless execution
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards
• Maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
Project & Account Management:
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure profitability of projects and cost optimization
• Handle negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends across OOH, Digital, and Experiential Marketing landscapes
• Provide insights for new service offerings and business expansion
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums
Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing (Preferably in Experiential Marketing, Advertising, OOH, Digital Marketing, or Activation industry) • Strong network in corporate, retail, or agency ecosystem
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software
