Job Description: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at McFes Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for selling McFes subscriptions to prospective clients, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of McFes subscriptions and services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. Attend training sessions and participate in on-the-job training (OJT) to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales manager. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Work from home setup with a stable internet connection. Package: ● Monthly Salary: INR 15,000 ● Incentives: Performance-based incentives ● Total Package: INR 1.8 LPA Note: ● Full training will be provided, and upon successful completion of OJT, you will commence your role as a Business Development Executive.
