Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Summary: As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration, scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Your typical day will involve managing incidents with a focus on service restoration and acting as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. - Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration and act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. - Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations of cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in VMWare Cloud Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Experience in cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. - Experience in managing incidents with a focus on service restoration. - Experience in managing rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in VMWare Cloud Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
