Job Description
Position: All-Rounder Commi 1
Experience: 5–6 Years (Minimum)
- Strong knowledge of Indian & Punjabi cuisine, Tandoor, and Chinese dishes.
- Prepare and deliver consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all sections.
- Handle complete kitchen operations including mise en place, stock, and prep.
- Manage section independently during service and ensure smooth operations.
- Control food cost, monitor stock, and minimize wastage.
- Bring out the best quality from every cuisine we offer.
- Train and guide junior staff when required.
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and kitchen standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and high-volume service.
