Required CRM Head - Male | Real Estate | JP Nagar, Bangalore
_Qualification:_ Graduation
_Experience:_ 10+ years
_Compensation:_ Up to ₹12 LPA CTC
_Job Descriptions:_
- Lead end-to-end customer relationship management from booking to handover
- Handle escalations, customer grievances, and ensure high CSAT scores
- Liaise with sales, legal, projects, and finance teams for documentation & collections
- Drive CRM team performance, set TATs, and monitor service standards
- Oversee CRM software, customer database, and MIS reporting to management
- Manage demand letters, payment follow-ups, and possession process
- Build SOPs for onboarding, post-sales support, and handover experience
