Responsibilities of candidates include: • Identify and assess the customer requirements • Provide customer support by assisting with sales procedure and related queries. • To develop payment and repayment plan as per customer needs. • To maintain the reports of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. • To manage the customer accounts for collection of overdue balance –payments. • Processing the customer’s purchase orders and liaising with the logistic department to ensure the timely delivery of product.
