Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately into computer systems, ERP software, or spreadsheets.
- Verify and review data for errors before entering.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with departments for missing or corrected data.
- Perform regular backups of data.
- Handle emails and basic office administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
- Basic knowledge of email handling.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification:
- PUC / Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in data entry preferred.
- Experience:0 to 3 years (Freshers can also apply)
